TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective date: August 22, 2026
Last updated: August 22, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of ArmyTEO.com and its search, catalog, account, link, and file-access features (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

UNOFFICIAL STATUS

ArmyTEO is an unofficial, independent resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official service of the U.S. Army, Department of Defense, or another government agency. ArmyTEO does not create Army-network access, CAC privileges, or authorization to use another system.

SEARCH, SOURCES, AND FILES

ArmyTEO organizes searchable record information and available access routes. A catalog listing may identify a task without providing a downloadable file. An Army source link may require an Army-network-connected device or other authorization.

A listing, title, task number, or source link is not a public-release determination. Public-release language is displayed only when supported by existing source data. ArmyTEO does not authorize a user to copy, disclose, or use material contrary to a marking, law, regulation, policy, or source-system restriction.

ARMYTEO GO ACCESS

ArmyTEO Go is currently available to registered members without a paid subscription. Creating an account allows a signed-in member to open or download PDFs currently available in the organized Go library. Not every searchable record has a Go file.

No paid ArmyTEO Go plan is currently offered to new members. Creating an account does not authorize a present or future recurring charge. Any future paid offer would require clear pricing and billing terms and the member's affirmative acceptance.

Earlier paid plans may remain in administrative records. If an older paid subscription remains active on an account, the terms accepted when it was purchased continue to govern that subscription unless it is cancelled, replaced, or otherwise ended. Questions about an older plan or charge may be sent to info@armyteo.com.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, attempt to obtain another member's access, or provide false account information.

ArmyTEO may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address credential sharing, automated bulk downloading, attempts to bypass file or account controls, unlawful activity, security risks, or material violations of these Terms.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the Service for lawful research, training preparation, record identification, and other lawful purposes consistent with the source material and applicable restrictions. You may not:

  • Bypass or attempt to bypass CAC, Army-network, member, file, or other access controls.

  • Upload, transmit, request, or distribute classified, controlled, restricted, export-controlled, CAC-only, or otherwise non-public material through ArmyTEO.

  • Use automated means to scrape, enumerate, or bulk-download protected files without written permission.

  • Interfere with the Service, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce harmful code, or place an unreasonable load on site systems.

  • Misrepresent ArmyTEO as an official Army or Department of Defense service.

  • Use the Service in a way that violates law, another person's rights, a document marking, or an applicable government or source-system rule.

GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS AND ARMYTEO MATERIALS

ArmyTEO does not claim ownership of U.S. government documents merely because it indexes or hosts a copy. Government-source materials remain subject to their own notices, markings, attribution rules, third-party rights, and legal restrictions.

The ArmyTEO name, logo, site design, original explanations, search organization, and other original site materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.

ACCURACY, CURRENCY, AND OPERATIONAL USE

ArmyTEO makes reasonable efforts to organize useful record information, but it does not guarantee that a record, route, file, date, title, or availability label is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Army source systems and current unit guidance remain authoritative.

Verify the task number, title, version or effective information when present, document currency, and applicability in the controlling Army system before training, evaluation, administrative, safety-related, or operational use. A last-verified date reflects an ArmyTEO check; it is not an official currency determination.

EXTERNAL LINKS AND SERVICES

The Service links to Army systems and other third-party sites that ArmyTEO does not control. ArmyTEO is not responsible for their availability, security, content, access decisions, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement of ArmyTEO by the linked operator or endorsement of every item found at that destination.

CORRECTIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS

You may report a broken route or record issue to info@armyteo.com. Do not include controlled or restricted files. If you send feedback, you authorize ArmyTEO to use that feedback to correct or improve the Service without identifying you publicly unless you give permission.

SERVICE CHANGES

ArmyTEO may add, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature, record, link, or file. Notice will be provided when required by law. Removing or changing a route does not affect the controlling Army record.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ArmyTEO does not warrant uninterrupted access, complete coverage, error-free operation, or fitness of any record or file for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArmyTEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service, an external source, or a document. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in New Hampshire will have jurisdiction over disputes unless applicable law provides another required forum.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

ArmyTEO may update these Terms. The revised page will show a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated in another reasonable way when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

CONTACT

Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@armyteo.com. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, CAC information, or controlled material.
