How ArmyTEO Works
ArmyTEO is a discovery and organization tool for Army Training and Evaluation Outline records. It brings task identifiers and available access routes into one search while keeping a clear line between an indexed record, an Army source destination, and a PDF available through ArmyTEO Go.
ArmyTEO is unofficial and independent. Army systems—not ArmyTEO—remain authoritative for access, document currency, and operational use.
THE CATALOG IS AN INDEX
ArmyTEO currently indexes 4,913 records. An indexed record is a searchable entry built from the identifying data available to ArmyTEO. It may include a task number, title, branch, MOS/AOC, task type, document type, or source route.
The indexed total does not mean ArmyTEO possesses 4,913 downloadable PDFs, and it is not a claim that ArmyTEO contains every T&EO ever created. It tells visitors how many records the current search can evaluate.
Find, save, and revisit tasks
Open the task catalog to search for one task or choose Look up multiple task numbers for a short list. Save records individually, then open Saved tasks to revisit them on this browser. The list does not sync across devices. Copy link shares a specific catalog record; it does not change Army access requirements or grant access to a Go PDF.
RECORD DISCOVERY AND FILE AVAILABILITY ARE SEPARATE
ArmyTEO separates three ideas:
-
Searchable record: identifying metadata appears in the ArmyTEO catalog.
-
Army source route: the record includes a link to an Army destination, which may require an Army-network-connected device.
-
ArmyTEO Go file: ArmyTEO can deliver an available PDF after the visitor signs in to an ArmyTEO account.
The current Go library contains 412 PDFs. Other indexed records can still help a Soldier or leader identify the task and locate an Army route without implying that ArmyTEO has the file.
HOW ARMYTEO HANDLES METADATA
ArmyTEO displays a field only when the indexed source data supplies a usable value. The site does not invent an MOS/AOC, date, task type, release statement, or other field to make a result look more complete. A sparse record can still be useful when its task number, title, or source route identifies the needed task.
DOCUMENT DATES AND VERIFICATION
A publication or effective date, when present, describes information carried with the indexed document or record. A last-verified date, when present, describes when ArmyTEO last checked the relevant record or route. Neither field turns ArmyTEO into the authority for currency.
Before using a T&EO for training or evaluation:
-
Match the task number and title to the intended task.
-
Review publication, effective, or version information when present.
-
Check the applicable Army source system for the current record.
-
Follow current unit guidance for training and operational use.
CORRECTIONS AND BROKEN LINKS
To report a broken link, incorrect title, task-number issue, or availability problem, email info@armyteo.com with the affected ArmyTEO URL, task number, title, and a short description. Do not attach controlled or restricted material.
