Based on personal and public findings, many Combined Arms Registry (CAR) and RDL links for Army T&EOs (Training and Evaluation Outlines) currently appear to be down, broken, or not loading properly. If you are searching for Army T&EOs, TEOs, ATN T&EOs, or trying to access Training and Evaluation Outlines through CAR, RDL, or ATN, you are likely experiencing the same issue.

ArmyTEO.com will remain available as a reference point to browse and identify available Army T&EOs by MOS, branch, and task number. However, if you are looking for the actual T&EO document itself, you may currently need to retrieve it through Army Training Information System (ATIS) while CAR/RDL access issues continue.

I appreciate everyone’s patience while I work on finding both temporary and long-term solutions to this issue.

In the immediate future, I’m going to begin locating and permanently adding as many available T&EOs directly to the website as possible to improve reliability and reduce dependence on CAR, RDL, and ATN links.

Long term, I believe CAR/RDL access will eventually return and ArmyTEO.com will function as originally intended again.

If anyone has Distribution (A) PUBLIC T&EOs they are willing to share, please send them my way and I will add them to the library. My goal is to build a more permanent repository so we don’t end up in this same situation every time the Army changes systems, updates contracts, or shifts platforms and leaves everyone trying to figure out where the training resources went yet again.

Thank you for the continued support and patience.

I am so glad you have this site, because at least I have all the TEO names and numbers. I came here because I have been trying to access ATIS sites and all tiles on my ATIS portal are refusing to load. After the migration to ATIS and the shutdown of legacy sites I am at a loss as to how I am going to oeprate until they fix the issues. Especially since remote desktop has been shut down too.
