What’s new in ArmyTEO: Saved tasks, batch lookup and clearer guides
Site update — October 2, 2026
ArmyTEO has added several ways to find a set of task references and return to it later. You can now keep a browser shortlist, look up several exact task numbers together, and move from the training guides directly into the catalog. This update brings those changes into one place so you can choose the feature that helps with your next reference review.
The date above records changes to ArmyTEO. It does not mean the linked Army publications were revised or reissued on that date.
Keep a shortlist on this browser
Use Save task on a catalog record you want to revisit, then open Saved tasks. The homepage also has an Open saved tasks shortcut, and the Training Guides page includes a direct Saved link. You can remove individual entries or use Clear saved when you no longer need the list.
Saved tasks stay on the browser where you saved them. They do not sync between devices, and signing in does not turn the list into a library synchronized with your account. A saved entry is a task reference, not a downloaded PDF, an offline document or a record of completed training.
For a specific record, Copy link provides a catalog link you can share. That link identifies the record; it does not give another person permission to open an Army source or a protected ArmyTEO file.
Check up to 25 exact task numbers
In the task catalog, choose Look up multiple task numbers. Enter up to 25 exact identifiers, separated by new lines, commas or semicolons. Keep the complete identifier, including leading zeros and any slash, rather than shortening it to the part you recognize.
The results keep unmatched identifiers visible and show when one identifier has multiple records. Compare the titles and source details before choosing a record. You can save individual results for later review. The lookup does not choose a record for you or open PDFs in bulk.
If you have a title, a partial identifier, or a course or ICTL label instead of an exact task number, use the ordinary catalog search. The two search options serve different starting points.
Use clearer guides and direct return links
The T&EO reading guide now includes a compact summary of task, conditions, standards and evaluation, followed by the existing explanations and official references. Its closing links lead directly to the catalog and Saved tasks.
The training-plan reference checklist has also been revised to clarify publication names, forms and source checks. The Training Guides hub brings together help with access, document versions and revisiting a shortlist.
Keep document access and currency separate
You can browse the public catalog without an account. An indexed record does not mean ArmyTEO has its PDF. Where a record offers an ArmyTEO-hosted PDF, a free member account is required. Army source links can have separate network, sign-in or permission requirements; creating an ArmyTEO account does not remove them.
Saved lists, shared links and batch results do not establish a document’s current status or public-release eligibility. ArmyTEO is an independent, unofficial reference tool. Check the controlling Army source and applicable guidance before using a document. How ArmyTEO Works explains the difference between a searchable record, an Army source route and an available Go file.
