Medical Training and Evaluation Outlines

Find Medical T&EO task numbers and source links. Match specialty, skill level and unit, then check document versions and source access requirements.

Find and check Medical T&EOs

Use this directory to identify Medical Training and Evaluation Outlines by complete task number and title. The references span individual specialties and collective medical-unit functions, including medical logistics, equipment maintenance, and records administration. Start with the intended audience and training purpose. A familiar medical subject does not, by itself, identify the right outline.

Match the full task number and audience

Search the ArmyTEO catalog using the full task number, keeping its leading zeros, hyphens, and specialty or unit designation. This list includes 081-68J-4105, Assess Medical Logistics Readiness, alongside 08-BN-1825, Plan Medical Logistics Support. Keep those records distinct: similar subject matter can refer to different audiences and responsibilities. Compare the MOS, skill level, and echelon when those details appear in the Army source; do not fill gaps by guessing from a title.

Check the source record and access

The Army’s Training Management Directorate explains that T&EOs set out performance and proficiency standards for individual and collective tasks and support training preparation and evaluation. Before selecting a reference, compare its task number, title, publication or revision date, and supporting references with the official source record. The Medical reference guide can help locate related publications. An indexed title does not establish that an outline is current, applicable to every unit, or appropriate for every reader’s qualifications.

Follow the destination’s access instructions. Army source links may open a catalog record or a file, and some routes may require authentication. Where a catalog result offers a Go PDF, ArmyTEO member access applies. An ArmyTEO login does not provide access to separate Army systems. Neither a working link nor an unlinked title establishes release status; check the source record and document markings before sharing.

Save the task for your next visit

Use Save task to build a shortlist of catalog records for later review. Return to Saved tasks in the same browser, and use Copy link to share the selected record. Keep source dates and review notes with each identifier. Saved lists do not synchronize across devices, verify document currency, or change another reader’s access.
