Find and compare Chemical references

Use this directory to identify Chemical and CBRN publications and supporting references by complete number, title and product type. The list mixes ATPs, an ATTP, field manuals, a technical manual, a graphic training aid, training-plan material and other training references. These formats serve different purposes. A training-plan waiver or an individual critical task list is not interchangeable with a doctrine publication.

Keep the full identifier and change wording

Keep the publication prefix and any change wording with the number. The ATP 3-11.46 entry includes Change 1 and Change 2 in its label. FM 3-11 appears as an unlinked reference and with two different source destinations. Preserve those distinctions while checking the source; matching titles alone do not establish identical files, editions or access routes.

Compare the official record and the copy

Search the Army Publishing Index by publication number or title, then compare the listed status and date with the document you intend to use. For training-product entries, compare the source catalog record and the document cover where available. If identifying information is missing, record that uncertainty rather than assume a version is current.

Some links open catalog records and others open files. An unlinked title remains a search reference; it does not prove that the document is restricted. Equally, a working link does not certify public-release status or permission to redistribute a copy. Follow the source’s access instructions and the individual document’s markings.

A saved shortcut does not store the PDF, synchronize across devices or replace the source check. Keep the publication identifier, source URL and date checked with your own review notes.
